These Terms apply to all Users who wish to access the Platform or use the Services. Certain Services may also only be available subject to the payment of such fees detailed on the Platform. Certain Users may also have additional terms and conditions applicable to their use of the Platform as described in these Terms. Answer Quest reserves the right to modify or discontinue providing the Services or any part of them, at any time and without notice, at its sole discretion.

Communications from AnswerQuest Technologies

By filling out the contact request form on our Platform you agree that we may contact you in relation to the Services. By filling out the contact request form you also agree to subscribe to newsletters and/or marketing materials and/or other promotional information we may send to you. However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. Please note that we may still contact you and send you messages related to the Services even after you have opted out of receiving marketing communications.

SMS Communication

Information obtained as a part of the SMS consent will not be shared with third parties.

Opt-In SMS Communication: If you Opt-In for SMS messaging from Answer Quest through intake forms on our website located at www.answerquestit.com, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opt-In Method: You may Opt-In to receive SMS messages Answer Quest in the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation
  • By submitting an online form 
  • By filling out a paper form

Opt-Out Method: You will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Answer Quest by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out you will receive no further SMS communication. You can Opt back In at any time by replying START.

Types of SMS communication: If you have consented to receive text messages from Answer Quest, you may receive text messages related to business and meetings. Please be aware that you must accommodate the types of messages and what they are related to based on what your company does or offers to your customers.

Message Frequency:  Our SMS message frequency will be no more than 100 text messages daily across all users.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Additional Options: If you do not want to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

You acknowledge and agree that Answer Quest may collect and process your personal data in connection with your use of our platform.
