Martin Schwartz was born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in South Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern Law School, Martin interviewed with a recruiting firm to find a position. Today, Martin is the CEO of that recruiting firm known as @nswerQuest Technologies. Martin has worked for only 1 company his entire career and is still recognized as one of the top Executive Recruiters in the country.

Some of his many accolades include finishing #1 worldwide in the MRI network out of 4,500 recruiters. Martin and his team have produced 7 figures in revenue annually and generated more than $15 million in fees over 15 years. Martin purchased the company from his only boss in 2015 and has increased revenue every year since. Martin is defined by his energy, enthusiasm and his passion for life. He is known for hating to sleep (intentionally 5 hours a night). He is the ultimate motivator and prides himself on making others better around him. His two loves in life are family and THE Ohio State University. Both of his parents attended Ohio State and gave birth to the biggest Buckeye fan in the world.

Martin is married to his wife Randi and they live in Davie, FL with their 3 beautiful daughters Sydney, Alexa and Morgan and their dogs Teddy (after Ted Ginn, Jr. – a Buckeye) and Mandy. Some highlights of Martin’s life include being the batboy for the Florida Marlins (1993-1996) and singing on stage (multiple times) with his favorite artist, Billy Joel. Martin went to that concert with the goal of getting on stage and like everything else he does, he succeeded. He also is the selfie king, taking pictures with over 1,000 celebrities over the years.

Chris Levin was the most successful intern in answerQuest history; now he has become one of the most successful Technical Recruiters in the country. Hired in 2009 as a student intern from the University of Miami, Chris has quickly emerged as an industry expert for placing top-notch Presales Engineers. Chris has extensive experience placing technical people with Cloud, Services, Software, Cyber Security and IT Healthcare companies. Chris was married in 2015 to his wife Jennifer and they currently reside in Cooper City, FL with their guinea pig, Molly. When Chris is not breaking Placement Records, you’ll find him watching Miami Heat and Miami Marlins games. Besides his wife Jennifer, his biggest love is the Miami Hurricanes; Chris was born and raised in Miami and bleeds Orange and Green. Kevin was born and raised in Rochester, New York. While obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree at SUNY Brockport, Kevin met his wife Betsy. After graduating with his Bachelors degree, Kevin and Betsy decided to get out of the snow and move to South Florida. Taking advantage of the sunshine and warm weather, Kevin spends his time exploring the Florida Keys, playing with his dog Pika, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. Born and raised in Upstate NY (Population 612), I ventured out to S. Florida in 1991 with my parents and younger sister, to be greeted by Hurricane Andrew and a large building known as Western High School where I graduated from in 1995. I currently reside in Hollywood, Florida with my partner Matthew, our 3 year old son Chase and my 15 year old son Mirko.

After being introduced through a mutual friend to Martin Schwartz in 2013, I worked as the Office Administrator and “Juggler of all Hats.” In 2017, I transitioned my role with AQT to Internet Researcher. Come 2019, I put on my recruiting cape and I now help our clients find amazing sales talent. 

My passions in life are my family, art, cooking and enjoying all of the little moments life brings with my 2 boys. I am also finishing up my 2nd series to my children’s book (the 1st one is in illustration) and establishing my art company, MirkArt, which was built with my eldest.

Robby was born and raised in Coral Springs, Florida. Robby attended the University of Alabama and worked as an equipment manager for the football team for two seasons. During the summer of 2020, Robby interned here at answerQuest.

After college, Robby decided to move back to South Florida. Robby has focused on different sales roles in the technology industry while also coaching youth travel hockey in the South Florida area. Robby loves to play golf, hang with his friends, and rooting for his beloved sport teams.
